POLICY
  • Becca’s Bags maintains a strict no return policy. As a consignment business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our operations. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Authenticity: All sales are final unless the item is deemed non-authentic. For more information, please refer to our Authenticity Guarantee.

  • Discrepancy: At Becca’s Bags, we prioritize transparency by providing detailed photos of all items. Our dedicated sales representatives are available to assist with any additional photos, videos, or questions you may have. If you believe your item has a significant undisclosed discrepancy, please reach out to our team for assistance.

  • Worry-Free Purchase (US only): Seel's Worry-Free Purchase gives U.S. customers the option to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is still in usable condition. This option can be added during checkout. You can learn more about Seel’s Worry-Free Purchase here. Please note that all returns will be handled directly by Seel. Do not return any items to Becca's Bags, even if you have purchased the Seel Worry-Free Purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION

POLICY
  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please note that all cancellations are subject to approval and incur a 10% restocking fee.

SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE RETURNS (US ONLY)

WHAT IS SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE?
  • Seel’s Worry-Free Purchase offers U.S. customers the option to return any item for any reason directly to Seel for a full refund, as long as the item is still in usable condition. This option can be purchased during the checkout process.

  • With Worry-Free Purchase, U.S. customers have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on otherwise final sale items from Becca’s Bags.

  • If your order is eligible, you’ll have the option to add Worry-Free Purchase with the return option at checkout. The fee varies based on the price and nature of your order and is non-refundable, even if you choose not to return the item.

  • Worry-Free Purchase is a third-party service offered and administered by Becca’s Bags' partner, Seel.
DO I NEED TO BUY SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE?
  • No, Seel Worry-Free Purchase is not mandatory. However, if you choose to opt out of this option at checkout, please note that your order will be final sale, and Becca's Bags does not accept returns or exchanges
WHAT DOES SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE COVER?
  • Worry-Free Purchase applies to all eligible final sale items in an order. If your order includes both eligible and ineligible items, only the eligible items can be returned through Seel’s Worry-Free Purchase.

  • You can return eligible items for any reason under Seel Worry-Free Purchase other than merchant error. For example, you may return items if the fit isn't right, the colour doesn't meet your expectations, or if you simply changed your mind.
WHAT DOES SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE NOT COVER?

Seel Worry-Free Purchase does not cover the following :

  • Merchant Errors: Seel Worry-Free Purchase does not cover returns resulting from merchant errors, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, incorrect size, or wrong colour.

  • Additional Fees: Other fees, including shipping, processing, authentication and cleaning fees, are not covered by Worry-Free Purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Seel. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the payment method you selected in the Resolution Center.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT COVERAGE I PURCHASED?
  • Seel will send a confirmation email outlining the specific coverage provided for your order. This email will come from support@seel.com.
HOW DOES SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE WORK?
  • Add Protection at Checkout: For a modest fee, you can add Seel Worry-Free Purchase at checkout to protect your order with the option to return.

  • Confirmation and Coverage Details: Once you've purchased Worry-Free Purchase protection, you will receive a confirmation email from Seel with full coverage details and instructions on how to initiate a return.

  • Report Your Return: Initiate your return within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in using your email and order number or the coverage ID from your confirmation email.

  • Select Items for Return: Choose the item(s) you wish to return, select your preferred refund method.

  • Return Method: To return your product(s), you may use either a label generated by Seel or a self-purchased label. If you choose a self-purchased label, Seel requires that you provide your tracking number and shipping carrier information in the Resolution Center.

  • Ship Your Return: Follow the provided instructions to ship your return within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected for eligibility, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to you.
DO I QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?

To qualify for a payout, you must adhere to the following return reporting requirements:

  • Reporting Deadline: All eligible purchases are subject to a 7-day return period. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Eligibility: Worry-Free Purchase returns are only available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States and for purchases under $3,000 USD.
IS SEEL WORRY-FREE PURCHASE REFUNDABLE?
  • The Worry-Free Purchase fee is non-refundable unless the customer’s order is canceled prior to shipment or Seel elects in its sole discretion to provide a refund.
