POLICY
  • Becca’s Bags maintains a strict no return policy. As a consignment business, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our operations. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
EXCEPTIONS

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • Authenticity: All sales are final unless the item is deemed non-authentic. For more information, please refer to our Authenticity Guarantee.

  • Discrepancy: At Becca’s Bags, we prioritize transparency by providing detailed photos of all items. Our dedicated sales representatives are available to assist with any additional photos, videos, or questions you may have. If you believe your item has a significant undisclosed discrepancy, please reach out to our team for assistance.

  • Make it Returnable: Seel's Make it Returnable gives customers the option to return any item for a full refund, provided the item is still in usable condition. This option can be added during checkout. You can learn more about Seel’s Make it Returnable here.

ORDER CANCELLATION

POLICY
  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please note that all cancellations are subject to approval and incur a 10% restocking fee.

SEEL MAKE IT RETURNABLE

WHAT IS MAKE IT RETURNABLE?
  • Seel’s Make it Returnable offers U.S. customers the option to return any item for any reason directly to Seel for a full refund, as long as the item is still in usable condition. This option can be purchased during the checkout process.

  • With Make it Returnable, customers have a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on otherwise final sale items from Becca’s Bags. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Seel will buy it back from you for 100% of the purchase price.

  • If your order is eligible, you’ll have the option to add Make it Returnable at checkout. The fee varies based on the price and nature of your order and is non-refundable, even if you choose not to return the item. Please note, Make it Returnable is not available for all orders sold on Becca’s Bags.

  • Make it Returnable is a third-party service offered and administered by Becca’s Bags' partner, Seel.
DO I NEED TO USE SEEL MAKE IT RETURNABLE?
  • No, Seel Make it Returnable is not mandatory. However, if you choose to opt out of this option at checkout, Becca's Bags does not offer returns or exchanges on your order.
WHAT DOES SEEL MAKE IT RETURNABLE COVER?
  • Make it Returnable applies to all eligible final sale items in an order. If your order includes both eligible and ineligible items, only the eligible items can be returned through Seel’s Make it Returnable.

  • You can return eligible items for any reason under Seel Make it Returnable other than merchant error. For example, you may return items if the fit isn't right, the colour doesn't meet your expectations, or if you simply changed your mind.

  • Add Seel Make it Returnable
    When checking out, you can add Make it Returnable to non-refundable purchases for a small fee.

  • Checkout with Peace of Mind
    Complete your purchase with confidence, knowing that Make it Returnable has you covered with a flexible return policy.

  • Return for Any Reason
    If your purchase doesn’t go as planned, you can return it for any reason and receive a full refund.
DO I QUALIFY FOR A RETURN?
  • All eligible purchases are subject to a 7-day return period. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. To request a return, please follow the instructions provided in your email from returns@seel.com.

  • Make it Returnable is currently available only for orders shipping to addresses in the United States and for purchases under $3,000 USD.
IS SEEL MAKE IT RETURNABLE REFUNDABLE?
  • In the event your entire order is cancelled by Becca’s Bags, the Make it Returnable fee will be refunded to you. However, the fee will not be refunded for partial cancellations.
WHAT DOES SEEL MAKE IT RETURNABLE NOT COVER?
  • Merchant Errors: Seel Make it Returnable does not cover returns resulting from merchant errors, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, incorrect size, or wrong color.

  • Additional Fees: Other fees, including shipping and processing fees, are not covered by Make it Returnable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Seel. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the payment method you selected in the Resolution Center.
HOW TO RETURN USING MAKE IT RETURNABLE?
  • Report Your Return: Initiate your return within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in using your email and order number or the coverage ID from your confirmation email.

  • Select Items for Return: Choose the item(s) you wish to return, select your preferred refund method, and provide your tracking number along with the shipping carrier information in the Resolution Center.

  • Ship Your Return: Follow the provided instructions to ship your return within 7 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected for eligibility, your refund will be processed.
