SHIPPING & RETURNS

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Shipping is available worldwide.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Canada on purchases over $2000. 

IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED?

Shipping insurance is available at buyer’s expense. Beccas Bags limited is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during the shipping or delivery process.

If you would like to insure your purchase, please be sure to add Route insurance to your order at checkout. Route offers up to $10,000 CAD insurance.

If you choose not to insure your package with Route, we will require an adult signature upon delivery for secure shipment as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door.  If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. If you call or talk to your carrier, they can reroute to another address or hold it at their office for you to pick up at your convenience.

If your order is above that, feel free to email us at hello@beccasbags.ca to figure out a safe method to ship it.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Beccas Bags maintains a strict no return and no refund policy, unless the item in question is deemed non-authentic. 

As a consignment business, we are unable to refund or exchange confirmed purchases. We thank you for your understanding.

Beccas Bags Boutique Ltd. values transparency and ensures detailed photos. If you feel that there is an issue with your item, please reach out to hello@beccasbags.ca or on our websites live chat to have someone assist you further.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES?

All sales are final - we respectfully decline to accept refunds or exchanges.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

Beccas Bags is happy to offer multiple accessible payment options at checkout including all major credit cards, paypal, buy now pay later and layaway.

Please note, we do not accept cash payments nor do we payout in cash.

PayPal:

  • PayPal supports payment through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances.
  • PayPal orders already include buyers protection. It's not necessary to add Route to your order at checkout.
  • PayPal payments incur a processing fee at checkout.

Laybuy:

  • Put 50% down, with the balance paid in full within 60 days interest-free.
  • All layaway deposits are non-refundable.
  • Laybuy payments incur a processing fee at checkout.

Affirm:

  • Buy now and pay later with Affirm. With Affirm, you can pay over 6 months with no late fees or surprises.
  • Affirm payments do not include insurance. We recommend you add Route to your order at checkout.
  • Affirm payments incur a processing fee at checkout.

E-Transfers:

  • Must be paid in full within 30 minutes or the item will be released and the customer will be black listed.
  • For orders above $3000, we recommend contacting your bank to allow for a full transfer amount.
  • If your bank is unable to extend your limit, please email hello@beccasbags.ca. We will allow you to transfer us your daily max until paid in full. Please let us know what your daily max transfer is and when the balance will be paid.
  • ie: If your order is $9000 plus tax, and your daily limit is $3000, then you would send us $3000 daily everyday until the full amount is paid.
  • E-transfers only offer $100 coverage on your parcel if it’s being shipped. We recommend you add Route to your order at checkout.
  • E-transfer payments DO NOT incur a processing fee at checkout.
WHAT IS A PROCESSING FEE?

It is the fee incurred to process the payment at checkout when using a credit card, PayPal, Affirm or Laybuy.

WHAT IF I CAN'T BUY IT RIGHT NOW?

Beccas Bags was founded on the notion of making luxury goods more accessible, and that some purchases are considerable investments.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BE SECURE?

We guarantee 100% authenticity of every item you buy from us. No ifs, ands or buts about it.

We do not accept or sell reproduction of any product. We employ leading technology to ensure that every piece we sell is authentic. And we stand by that.

HOW DO WE ENSURE AUTHENTICITY?

We are proud to employ the world’s first, and only, A-I powered authentication technology to verify the legitimacy of the luxury goods that pass through our shop.

CAN YOU AUTHENTICATE MY PRODUCT?

Unfortunately, Becca’s Bags is unable to authenticate purchases made outside of our brand. We pride ourselves on the use of our Entrupy system to guarantee 100% authenticity of everything purchased from our store.

As we do not control the chain of possession for items purchased elsewhere, we are unable to offer these services for outside purchases. Thank you for your understanding!

CONSIGNMENT

WHAT ITEMS DO WE ACCEPT?

Beccas Bags curates the most sought-after Luxury Consignment in Canada, and we’re excited to have you participate.

We only accept new, like new, and in-season luxury handbags, accessories, clothing, jewellery, watches, scarves and shoes.

HOW DOES OUR CONSIGNMENT PROGRAM WORK?

CONSIGN WITH US IN 3 EASY STEPS

1. FILL OUT THE CONSIGNMENT FORM
Fill out the form on our consignment page. The Beccas Bags team will assess your goods and provide quotes for both Buy Out (when applicable) and Consignment options.

2. RECEIVE OUR EMAIL QUOTE
Reply whether you accept or decline our offer. Our offers are based on the market rate, condition, style and our perceived demand for the items you wish to consign.

3. SHIP/DROP OFF THE ITEM TO US
Once we receive your items, you can sit back, relax and let us do the rest. Upon completion of a sale, the previously agreed amount will be paid to you via Paypal, E-Transfer or Wire Transfer.

HOW LONG WILL YOU MARKET MY ITEMS FOR?

Consignment items will be marketed for 90 days. If your goods remain unsold at the end of the 90 day agreement, you may choose to renew your listing at a lower price, or have your item returned to you.

WHO PAYS FOR MARKETING?

For both consignment and direct sales, Becca’s Bags Boutique will bear the cost of all marketing materials and activities, but retains the right to market items at our discretion.

I'M NOT SURE IF MY BAG IS AUTHENTIC

Please note: If you bring us a fake, you will be charged a $450 fine to have the bag returned to you.

If you are unsure whether or not your items are authentic, please tell us in advance, and we will work with you to determine its authenticity, or whether it’s a forgery.
