Becca’s Bags Rental Ltd. is an exclusive Canadian platform offering customers the opportunity to rent authentic designer handbags and accessories for short-term use.

WHERE IS BECCA’S BAGS RENTAL LTD. LOCATED?

We are based in downtown Vancouver, Canada.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

CAN I RENT IF I DO NOT RESIDE IN CANADA?

Currently, our rental service is only available to residents of Canada. We do not offer international rentals at this time.

WHY CAN’T I RENT IF I LIVE IN QUEBEC?

Due to regional regulations and legal limitations, our services are not available to residents of Quebec.

AUTHENTICITY & ITEM CONDITION

ARE ALL RENTAL ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, authenticity is our highest priority. Every item undergoes professional authentication through Entrupy. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund. All items must be returned with their original authentication markers intact, including matching serial or date codes.

ARE THE ITEMS NEW?

Most items are pre-owned but are maintained in excellent condition unless otherwise stated.

CAN I PURCHASE THE ITEM I AM RENTING?

If the item is available for sale through Becca’s Bags Boutique Ltd., you may inquire about purchasing it. Pricing and available inclusions (box, dustbag, authenticity cards, etc.) will be provided upon request.

RENTAL TERMS

HOW LONG CAN I RENT AN ITEM?

You can select from the following rental durations: 3 days (BC residents only), 7 days, 15 days, or 21 days.

WHEN DOES MY RENTAL PERIOD BEGIN?

Your rental period begins on the day your item is delivered.

HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I RENT AT ONCE?

Each renter may have one active rental at a time. VIP clients may be eligible for multiple simultaneous rentals.

CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM LOCALLY?

Yes, local pickups can be arranged for customers in the Vancouver area.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET RENTAL APPROVAL?

Rental requests are typically approved within 1–2 business days.

ARE THERE ANY PROMOTIONS OR DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

We occasionally run special promotions or limited-time discounts. Stay tuned via our website and social media for updates.

VERIFICATION & PAYMENT

WHY IS IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUIRED?

To protect high-value items, identity verification is required for all new renters. For clients with an existing relationship with Becca’s Bags Boutique Ltd., this step may be waived upon invitation or management approval.

WILL YOU PERFORM A CREDIT CHECK?

No. We do not conduct credit checks, and your credit score will not be affected.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, a full security deposit is required at the time of rental. It will be fully refunded after the item is returned and inspected for condition and authenticity.

RETURNS & EXTENSIONS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Return your item using the original packaging and the prepaid return label. Be sure to remove any old labels and drop it off at your local post office to ensure it is scanned. Send a confirmation email to hello@beccasbags.ca. You’ll be notified once the item is received and inspected.

WHEN IS MY ITEM DUE BACK?

Your item must be shipped back the day following the end of your rental period. Please refer to your rental agreement for full details.

CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL?

Yes, extensions may be granted upon request and are subject to approval and additional payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ITEM LATE?

Late returns may result in additional fees and, in extreme cases, legal action.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM EARLY FOR A REFUND?

Early returns are not eligible for reimbursement. Please select your rental period accordingly.

DAMAGES & LIABILITY

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Minor signs of wear (e.g., scuffs or scratches on hardware) are normal. If you believe your item is significantly damaged, contact hello@beccasbags.ca immediately for support.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MINOR WEAR AND TEAR?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE THE ITEM?

If an item is returned in a non-rentable or non-sellable condition (e.g., large stains, tears, broken parts), you will be charged the full retail price (MSRP) as outlined in your rental agreement.

CAN I LEND MY RENTAL TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No. Items are for use only by the account holder listed on the rental agreement.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

All items are insured, but you must ensure the item is scanned at the post office. If the return is not scanned, insurance will not apply and you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.

SATISFACTION

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE ITEM AFTER RECEIVING IT?

All rentals are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference once the item has been delivered.
