HOW CAN WE HELP?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, LayBuy, and Interac E-Transfer.

  • Please note that we do not accept cash payments, nor do we issue consignment or buyout payouts in cash.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
  • Yes! Becca’s Bags was founded on the idea of making luxury goods more accessible, recognizing that some purchases are significant investments. To help you, we’re pleased to offer payment plans through LayBuy and Affirm.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN?
  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You can switch to your preferred currency using the currency selector in the navigation.
WILL MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BE SECURE?
  • Things that suck: fake bags and credit card fraud. Beccas Bags prides itself on using the latest technology to prevent both.

  • To safeguard your credit card purchases, all transactions are processed through PayPal's third-party authentication service. If your order is flagged during inspection, PayPal will contact you directly via email to verify your details. During this verification period, your items will be on hold.

  • To avoid delays, please ensure that your billing name, address, and phone number match the information on your credit card statement. Orders with mismatched information may be delayed or canceled, in which case a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN REFUSED?
  • Becca’s Bags collaborates with third-party fraud analysts who review all orders using advanced fraud detection algorithms. Your payment may have been refused if it was flagged as suspicious due to factors such as unusual purchasing patterns, discrepancies in the provided information, or previous fraudulent activity associated with the payment method or account.

PROCESSING FEE

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING FEE?
  • The processing fee is a surcharge applied at checkout to cover merchant fees when using a Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, or LayBuy, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience. However, there is no processing fee for Canadian customers who choose to pay by Interac E-Transfer.

CREDIT CARDS

HOW DO CREDIT CARDS WORK?

Our credit card processor provides a secure and convenient payment option with the following terms:

  • Billing: ensure that your billing name, address, and phone number match the information on your credit card statement.

  • Orders: The shipping address for your order must match the information for your credit card.

  • Delays: Orders with mismatched information may be delayed or canceled, in which case a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD?
  • To place an order using a Credit Card, select the "Credit Card" payment option at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received your order. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping details or instructions for your local pick-up appointment.

  • Processing Fee: Credit Card payments incur a 4% processing fee at checkout.

LAYBUY

WHAT IS LAYBUY?
  • LayBuy offers an interest-free layaway payment option for any item at Becca's Bags.
HOW DOES LAYBUY WORK?

LayBuy offers a flexible layaway payment option with the following terms:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your item, ensuring it cannot be purchased by anyone else.

  • Payment Period: You have 60 days to pay off the remaining balance in full.

  • No Credit Check: LayBuy does not require a credit check or impose a shopping limit.

  • Payment Method: LayBuy payments can only be made with PayPal. Future payments will be automatically charged to your account on each due date.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH LAYBUY?

To use LayBuy, simply select the “PUT IT ON LAY-BUY” payment option at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received your order.
  • After your order is paid in full, it will be processed, and you will receive an email with shipping details or instructions for your local pick-up appointment.
POLICY
  • Default: If you default on your LayBuy plan, your deposit will be forfeited, and the item will be re-listed for sale.

  • Cancelled Orders: If you forfeit a LayBuy, you will no longer be eligible to purchase from Becca’s Bags using LayBuy.

  • Late Payments: A late fee of $150 per week will be applied for up to 2 weeks if you choose to pay off your balance past the due date. After 2 weeks, the item will be re-listed for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Processing Fee: LayBuy payments incur a 4% processing fee at checkout.

AFFIRM

WHAT IS AFFIRM?
  • Affirm provides a buy now, pay later payment option for purchases at Becca’s Bags.

  • Affirm is a third-party service offered and administered by Becca’s Bags' partner, Affirm.
HOW DOES AFFIRM WORK?

Affirm offers a flexible payment plan with the following terms:

  • Payment Period: Pay over 6 months with no late fees or unexpected charges.

  • Credit Check: Affirm requires a soft credit check.

  • Payment Method: Affirm accepts credit cards only for payments.

  • Eligibility: Affirm is exclusively available to Canadian customers.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH AFFIRM?
  • To place an order with Affirm, select the “Affirm - Pay Over Time” payment option at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received your order. After your payment has been processed, you’ll receive an email with shipping details or instructions for your local pick-up appointment.

  • Please note that Affirm payments can take 2-3 business days to clear. Your order will not be shipped, available for pick-up, or marked as fulfilled until the payment has cleared.

INTERAC E-TRANSFER

WHAT IS INTERAC E-TRANSFER?
  • Interac E-Transfer is a fast and secure way for Canadian customers to send money directly through their banking service.

  • Interac E-Transfer is a third-party payment provider offered and administered by Becca’s Bags' partner, Interac.
HOW DOES INTERAC E-TRANSFER WORK?

Interac E-Transfer provides a secure and convenient payment option with the following terms:

  • Payments must be sent within 30 minutes of purchase. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled, your items released, and you being blacklisted from using Interac E-Transfer as a payment method.

  • Bank E-Transfer limits are often set at $3,000/day. Please verify or request an extension from your bank before placing an order.

  • If your bank cannot extend the limit, email us at hello@beccasbags.ca to arrange partial payments up to your daily limit until the full balance is covered. Please include your daily limit and estimated timeframe for completing the payment.

  • Example: If your order total is $9,000 plus tax, and your daily transfer limit is $3,000, you would send $3,000 daily until the full amount is paid.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH INTERAC E-TRANSFER?

To place an order using Interac E-Transfer:

  1. Select the "I agree to pay with Interac E-Transfer to save on the processing fee" checkbox on the cart page.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select the "Interac E-Transfer" payment option.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received your order.
  2. A payment verification email regarding your e-transfer.

Once the payment is received in full, your order will be processed, and you will receive an email with shipping details or instructions for your local pick-up appointment.

POLICY
  • Late Payments: If your payments are late twice, you will no longer be eligible to use Interac E-Transfer as a payment method at Becca’s Bags.

  • Cancelled Orders: If you cancel an order paid via Interac E-Transfer, you will no longer be eligible to use this payment method, and any payments already made will be non-refundable.

  • No Processing Fee: Interac E-Transfer payments do not incur a processing fee at checkout.
